2 day

​ 09.09 (Thursday) - Pskov:

08:05 - meeting of the group at the railway station in Pskov (Train number 010A). Transfer (minibus for 8 passengers) to the State Duma "At Pokrovka" http://upokrovki.ru/

08:30 - breakfast at the restaurant "U Pokrovki".

09:30 - start of a walking tour from the Pokrovsky complex in the historical center of Pskov and a walking tour of the Kremlin .

13:00 - lunch for a group in the restaurant "Rusakov" or "Pivnoy Dom" (included in the price)

14:00 - group transfer  to the Mirozh Monastery .

14:30 - tour of the monastery and the Transfiguration Cathedral with a museum guide

09:00 - departure of the group  from hotel  on a large minibus for an excursion to the Pushkin Reserve.

Excursion content: 2 estates - Mikhailovskoye (the estate of the poet, which belonged to Pushkin's great-grandfather A.P. Gannibal. The house-museum of A.S. Pushkin, the nanny's house, the park with A. Kern alley) and Trigorskoye (the estate belonged to the poet's friends Osipov-Wulf. The manor's house, a bathhouse, a garden house, a park and an unusual sundial), the Svyatogorsky Assumption Monastery with the grave of A.S. Pushkin and his ancestors. The duration of the excursion with the road from Pskov is about 10 hours

19:00 - return to Pskov.

16:00-17:30 visit to the Museum-estate of the Seto people. (Entrance to the museum for an additional fee)

The museum-estate of the Seto people in the village of Sigovo is the only museum in Russia of the small Finno-Ugric people of the Seto, who have preserved a unique material and spiritual culture.

For many centuries, the Seto people lived in the border regions of the Estonian and Russian lands, whose ethnic history has not yet been fully disclosed.

10:30 – Departure for the excursion “Talab Islands” (O. Zalit, O. Belov, Spaso-Eleazarovsky Monastery).

“There are three wonderful islands in Lake Pskov ...” - this is how old books about Talaby are written. Indeed, the Talab Islands are one of the few inhabited islands in Russia with their own history, culture, original way of life and even climate. As part of the excursion, you will have a boat trip along the surface of Lake Pskov, a visit to Zalita Island, with a tour of the Church of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker, where the world-famous Father Nikolai Guryanov, who became the prototype of the hero of the film "The Island", served as rector for more than 40 years, as well as a walk along Belov Island - the real a paradise of wildlife, where you can meet a wide variety of birds, including those listed in the Red Book. 

On the way to Pskov, you will stop at the Spaso-Eleazarovsky Convent, where monks-ascetics, monks-scientists, spiritual elders have lived since ancient times. In the 20th century, with the change of the state regime, the monastery was closed, the monks were shot. In 2000, the ancient Spaso-Eleazarovsky Monastery began to revive as a convent for women. Now, after the abolition and ruin, it regains its former meaning.
